and/or acquiring scripts. Access to the material posted on this Web site is not restricted. Scriptologist.com Logline Service does not evaluate loglines (or their related literary
material) posted on the site nor do we guarantee against third-party misappropriation of posted material. Scriptologist.com Logline Service, Scriptologist.com, and PORTABLE
SHOPPER, LLC will be held harmless and will not bear any responsibility for submissions of literary material, contracts, agreements, or negotiations made between authors and third

submissions determined to be incompatible with this Service. Terms of Service The Scriptologist.com Logline Service is a Service of PORTABLE SHOPPER, LLC, and
the Service is provided as presented and as available. The Scriptologist.com Logline Service enables subscribers to create and update
screenplay loglines via the Internet. Logline subscribers are given space on the Scriptologist.com Web site to display text loglines. The Service is available through the
Internet, and all changes to users' loglines are uploaded through a Web browser connected to the Scriptologist.com Web server.
Subscribers to the Scriptologist.com Logline Service must fill out the online registration form with accurate, complete information. You will choose a username and password
upon registering for this Service, and you are completely responsible for keeping that account information secret.
You are also completely responsible for personal use of your account. Requests for password changes must be sent to techsupport@scriptologist.com.
You agree to indemnify and hold Scriptologist.com Logline Service, Scriptologist.com, and PORTABLE SHOPPER, LLC harmless from any liabilities, claims, demands, losses,
costs or expenses, including attorneys' fees and court costs, made by you, your representative, or any third party due to or resulting from your use of this Service.
Scriptologist.com reserves the right to temporarily or permanently change the Service or any part of the Service with or without notice.
You agree that Scriptologist.com Logline Service, Scriptologist.com, and PORTABLE SHOPPER, LLC will not be liable to you or to any third party for any change made to the Service.
You agree not sell or resell the Service, or access to the Service. You agree that Scriptologist.com may end your Logline Service account and remove and
delete any logline information within the Service if Scriptologist.com believes that you have violated these Terms of Service.
You agree that Scriptologist.com Logline Service, Scriptologist.com, and PORTABLE SHOPPER, LLC shall not be liable to you or any third-party for ending your access to the Service.
You understand and agree that Scriptologist.com reserves the right to delete any logline content determined to be in violation of proper use of this Service. You agree that you
have sole responsibility for, and take all risks associated with, the logline information you submit for posting. You agree not to use the Service to submit logline information that is unlawful or libelous;
or in violation of any copyright of any party. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Service. Scriptologist.com retains the right to end the account of any user who has violated these
terms and to end such account without further warning. You agree that Scriptologist.com may change these Terms of Service with or without notice.
